Getting started

LumaLore is a co-op game for two. After you sign in with Apple, one of you creates an invite and shares the six-character code; the other taps “I have a code instead”and enters it. Once you’re paired, your World Map lights up and the first Daily Spark is ready.

Only the two of you can see what you make — there’s no public feed, no followers, and no audience but each other.

Your subscription

LumaLore Pro unlocks Date Night Quests and AI-personalized prompts, and one subscription covers both partners. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until canceled.

  • Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
  • Restore purchasesfrom the paywall or in-app Settings if you’ve reinstalled the app or switched to a new device.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data, your choice

Everything the two of you build is yours. In the app, open Settings → Privacy to:

  • Export your data— request a downloadable copy of what you’ve made together.
  • Delete your account — start deletion with a 30-day window to change your mind. You can cancel the deletion any time within those 30 days.

Privacy & safety

LumaLore is private by design. Sound, analytics, and AI personalization are off by default— you turn on only what you want. Before a reveal, even your partner can’t peek at your answer. LumaLore is a game, not therapy or professional advice; if you’re ever in distress or crisis, please reach a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

Common questions

A Spark didn’t reveal.Both partners need to answer before a Spark reveals together. If it seems stuck, make sure you’re both on the latest version and connected, then reopen the app.

We’re not syncing.Confirm you’re paired — your Map shows both of you. If an invite code expired before your partner used it, the founder can rotate it and send a fresh one.

I need to change my name or date of birth.Email us and we’ll help you sort it out.
