1. Acceptance

By joining the waitlist, visiting this site, or using the LumaLore app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Eligibility

LumaLore is for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. What LumaLore is — and isn’t

LumaLore is a game for couples: playful prompts, quests, and a private space to save memories. It is nottherapy, counseling, medical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you’re in distress or crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

4. Your account & your couple

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. LumaLore is designed for two paired partners; please don’t share access beyond your relationship.

5. Your content & lore

The content the two of you create — answers, memories, lore — is yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and display it back to you and your partner so the service can function. We don’t claim ownership of it and we don’t make it public.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t use LumaLore for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Don’t attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to its terms; manage or cancel renewals in your app store account. Pricing and availability may change.

8. Beta & pre-release

Early versions may be offered as a beta and can change, pause, or contain rough edges. We provide pre-release access “as is” while we improve it.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaLore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using LumaLore at any time and request account deletion in the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which LumaLore operates. We’ll post the specific governing law and venue here as we finalize our company details.
